Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Begin your day early with a domestic flight to Aswan, the southern jewel of Egypt. Upon arrival, your local guide will greet you and accompany you on an engaging city tour.
Start at the Aswan High Dam, a modern marvel of engineering that helped regulate the Nile and provide electricity to millions. From the top, take in the scenic views of Lake Nasser, stretching endlessly into the distance.
Next, enjoy a short boat ride to Philae Temple on Agilkia Island. Dedicated to the goddess Isis, this temple complex is admired for its graceful columns and detailed reliefs. Relocated stone by stone following the construction of the dam, it remains one of Egypt's most beautiful ancient sites.
Conclude the tour at the ancient quarries where the Unfinished Obelisk lies—an enormous structure that, if completed, would have been the largest monolith ever carved. Its sheer size and chisel marks offer insight into ancient stone-working techniques.
Transfer to your hotel and enjoy a peaceful evening beside the Nile.
Overnight: Aswan
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
After breakfast, enjoy a scenic train ride through the Nile Valley to Luxor — once Thebes, the grand capital of ancient Egypt.
Begin your tour on the West Bank with a visit to the Valley of the Kings, where richly painted tombs of pharaohs like Ramses VI and the young king Tutankhamun await. Enter these underground chambers, decorated with sacred inscriptions that depict the pharaoh’s path to immortality.
Next, admire the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, a magnificent structure nestled into the limestone cliffs of Deir el-Bahari, dedicated to one of Egypt’s most influential rulers.
Pause at the Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues that have stood watch since antiquity.
Cross to the East Bank to explore Karnak Temple, an enormous religious site with its forest of towering columns in the Hypostyle Hall and ancient shrines that whisper stories of divine rituals and grand ceremonies.
Stroll along the ancient Avenue of Sphinxes leading to Luxor Temple. Here, admire the seated statues of Ramses II and the blending of Pharaonic and Greco-Roman artistry.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Fly back to Cairo after breakfast and meet your guide for a deep dive into the roots of ancient Egyptian civilization.
Begin at Saqqara, where you’ll witness the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the oldest large-scale stone monument ever constructed, crafted by the legendary architect Imhotep.
Continue to the open-air museum in Memphis, the capital of the Old Kingdom, where you’ll find the colossal fallen statue of Ramses II and an impressive alabaster sphinx.
Your final stop is Dahshur, where you’ll visit the Bent Pyramid — known for its unique angular shape — and the Red Pyramid, Egypt’s earliest attempt at constructing smooth-sided pyramids.
After a fulfilling day, return to your hotel in Cairo.
