Step into the timeless wonders of Egypt! Upon landing at Cairo International Airport, a courteous representative will meet you, holding a placard bearing your name to ensure quick identification.
You'll then be escorted in a private, climate-controlled vehicle to your hotel for a relaxed and smooth check-in.

Begin your morning with a satisfying breakfast before meeting your professional Egyptologist guide at your hotel.
Your first stop is the legendary Giza Plateau, home to the three iconic pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure. Admire the enigmatic Great Sphinx and learn about the Valley Temple, where mummification rituals were once performed. The desert scenery and ancient structures provide the perfect backdrop for unforgettable memories.
Enjoy a delicious lunch at a reputable local eatery.
In the afternoon, head to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), a cutting-edge facility housing some of Egypt’s most treasured antiquities. Discover a wide range of artifacts—from ancient tools and exquisite jewelry to royal sculptures and pharaonic treasures from across the dynasties. With its modern design and immersive displays, the GEM offers a remarkable journey through Egypt’s civilization.

Optional Evening Experience: Attend the Sound & Light Show at the Pyramids. Watch ancient stories and legends unfold under the stars through vibrant lights and narration at the base of the Giza pyramids.
Following breakfast, transfer to Cairo Airport for your domestic flight to Aswan.
Upon arrival, your local escort will be waiting to begin your sightseeing adventure in Upper Egypt. Begin with a visit to the impressive Aswan High Dam, a modern marvel that tames the Nile and provides hydroelectric power.
Then, continue to the enchanting Philae Temple, devoted to the goddess Isis. Relocated to Agilkia Island, this beautifully preserved site features captivating carvings and ancient mythological scenes.
Later, board your Nile cruise ship and settle into your cabin. Enjoy lunch on board as your ship begins sailing towards Kom Ombo. Spend the evening enjoying the soothing Nile scenery and onboard entertainment.

Overnight: Aboard the Nile Cruise
Start the day with breakfast on the cruise, then disembark at Kom Ombo to explore its unique twin temple, shared by Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon deity. Examine its detailed carvings and dual design, reflecting Egypt’s complex religious beliefs.
Return to the ship for lunch while sailing to Edfu.
Later in the afternoon, visit the Temple of Horus at Edfu, widely considered one of the most intact temples in Egypt. Its enormous pylons and detailed reliefs make it a standout archaeological gem.
In the evening, enjoy a festive Galabeya Party onboard—an opportunity to dress in traditional Egyptian clothing, dance, and embrace local customs as you journey toward Luxor.

Arrive in Luxor early and have breakfast before heading out with your expert guide to explore the West Bank.
Delve into the Valley of the Kings, the final resting place of Egypt’s New Kingdom rulers. Step inside royal tombs adorned with vivid inscriptions that depict their journey to the afterlife.
Continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, a striking terraced monument honoring one of Egypt’s few female pharaohs. Stop for photos at the towering Colossi of Memnon, two colossal statues that have stood watch for millennia.
Return to the cruise ship to unwind and enjoy the Nile’s tranquil atmosphere.

Booking policy
At Daily Pyramids Tours, all prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. However, we gladly accept payments in other major currencies such as Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP), and more, based on the official daily exchange rate on the payment date.
Our prices reflect current market conditions, seasonal fluctuations, and service availability, so they may change without prior notice. Once a deposit or full payment is received, your booking price is locked in and guaranteed.

Holiday Supplement:
A 25% surcharge applies to all Nile Cruises and tour packages booked during Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays due to peak demand.
To ensure a smooth booking process with Daily Pyramids Tours, our payment terms vary depending on the service type:
- Day Tours & Excursions: Full payment (100%) is required at booking to confirm your reservation.
- Multi-Day Tour Packages & Nile Cruises: A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking (50% for bookings including airfare). The deposit must be received within 7 days of booking, with the balance settled on arrival in Egypt.
- Christmas, New Year & Easter Bookings: Due to high seasonal demand, a 50% deposit is needed to confirm reservations during these periods.
After payment, you will receive written confirmation, a tailored itinerary, and travel documents via email. Receipts for all payments will be provided.
We understand plans can change. Cancellations must be sent to us in writing. Our cancellation terms are:
- 61 days or more before arrival: 15% cancellation fee
- 60 to 30 days before arrival: 25% cancellation fee
- 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- 14 to 7 days before arrival: 75% cancellation fee
- 7 to 1 days before arrival, or no-show: 100% cancellation fee
Domestic flights carry separate cancellation fees set by the airline. Refunds, where due, are issued to your original payment method only.
At Daily Pyramids Tours, we welcome families and offer the following children’s pricing:
- Under 2 years: Free of charge
- Under 6 years: 25% of the tour cost
- Under 12 years: 50% of the tour cost
- 12 years and above: Full adult price
Discounts apply only when children share accommodation with two full-paying adults. Note that certain Nile Cruises and luxury hotels may have different policies or restrictions for young children, which will be detailed in your itinerary if relevant.
Some special experiences are optional and not included in standard packages. You may book these in advance or arrange on-site (subject to availability). Examples include:
- Entry inside the Great Pyramid of Khufu and other tombs
- Sound & Light Shows at Giza Pyramids, Karnak, or Philae Temples
- Hot air balloon rides over Luxor at sunrise
- Camel rides or horse-drawn carriage tours in historic districts
- Private photo sessions at iconic landmarks
Optional tours are payable in USD or local currency (EGP). We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons.
While our packages are comprehensive, travelers should budget for:
- Personal purchases (souvenirs, snacks, etc.)
- Beverages during meals unless specified
- Hotel extras (minibar, room service, laundry, etc.)
- Egypt entry visa fees (usually payable on arrival)
- SIM cards or internet access unless provided
- Gratuities and optional experiences
We advise carrying small amounts of local currency (EGP) for convenience, especially for tipping and shopping at local markets.
Tipping (“baksheesh”) is a customary way to show appreciation for good service in Egypt. Though not mandatory, it is widely appreciated:
- Tour guide: $15–$20 per day per group
- Driver: $5–$10 per day per group
- Nile Cruise crew: $5–$10 per person per night (shared among staff)
- Hotel staff (porters, housekeeping): Small tips of $1–$2
Tipping is generally not included in your package price. We recommend carrying small USD or EGP bills for tipping convenience.
