Welcome to Egypt! Receive a warm reception with a personalized pick-up arranged to match your flight schedule. Our representative will be waiting for you at Cairo Airport, holding a placard with your name for easy recognition.
You will then be escorted to your private air-conditioned vehicle for a smooth transfer to your hotel.

After breakfast, meet your knowledgeable guide at your hotel for an inspiring day exploring Giza’s iconic landmarks.
Start with the legendary Giza Pyramids—discover the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the Pyramid of Menkaure. Admire the Great Sphinx, the ancient monument with a lion’s body and a pharaoh’s visage, standing guard for millennia. You’ll also visit the Valley Temple, a site used for sacred ceremonies and mummification, offering stunning views of this extraordinary site.
Enjoy lunch at a reputable local restaurant.
Later, proceed to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), one of the largest and most advanced museums globally, dedicated to showcasing Egypt’s ancient relics. Explore an impressive array of statues, artifacts, and royal treasures spanning various dynasties.

After breakfast, you will be transferred in a private air-conditioned vehicle to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan.
Upon arrival in Aswan, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your luxurious Nile cruise for embarkation before lunch. After settling into your elegantly appointed cabin, step ashore with your Egyptologist to visit the enchanting Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, set on a picturesque island surrounded by the Nile’s blue waters.
Continue to the modern marvel of the Aswan High Dam, offering sweeping views across Lake Nasser. Return to your cruise in the evening, where you can enjoy a freshly prepared dinner in the main dining room before relaxing on the sun deck, watching the golden glow of sunset dance across the river.
Optional experiences such as a felucca sail or a visit to a traditional Nubian village are available for those wishing to delve deeper into local culture.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast as your cruise begins its journey north along the Nile. Late in the morning, you will arrive at Kom Ombo, where the unique double temple dedicated to Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon god, stands majestically on the riverbank. Your guide will share the temple’s fascinating history, including its significance to ancient medicine.
Visit the adjacent Crocodile Museum to see mummified crocodiles and rare artifacts before returning to the ship. As you sail onward, a delicious lunch is served, and the ever-changing Nile scenery unfolds before you—fields of sugarcane, children waving from the banks, and fishermen casting their nets.
In the afternoon, arrive at Edfu and travel by horse-drawn carriage to the Temple of Horus, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt, with soaring columns and intricate reliefs. After your visit, return to the cruise for afternoon tea, dinner, and evening entertainment as you continue toward Esna.

After breakfast, your cruise arrives at Luxor. Begin your exploration of the West Bank, home to some of ancient Egypt’s most famous treasures. Visit the Valley of the Kings, where the richly decorated tombs of pharaohs such as Tutankhamun are hidden in the desert hills. Continue to the mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, a masterpiece of ancient architecture rising in terraces beneath towering cliffs.
Finally, pause at the Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues that have stood guard for nearly 3,400 years. After exploring the West Bank, return to the cruise for lunch and enjoy the scenic views as you sail toward the East Bank.

In the morning, embark on a tour of Luxor’s East Bank, beginning with the awe-inspiring Karnak Temple Complex, a vast open-air museum where towering columns, obelisks, and sacred lakes reveal over 2,000 years of construction by generations of pharaohs.

Later in the day, witness the once-in-a-lifetime solar eclipse from a prime location in Luxor. Experience the awe of this celestial event as the sun is momentarily hidden, providing an unforgettable moment during your Egyptian journey.
After your tour and the eclipse viewing, return to the cruise for lunch, transfer to Luxor Airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, you will be driven to your hotel, where you can enjoy a free evening.

At Daily Pyramids Tours, all prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. However, we gladly accept payments in other major currencies such as Euros (EUR), British Pounds (GBP), and more, based on the official daily exchange rate on the payment date.
Our prices reflect current market conditions, seasonal fluctuations, and service availability, so they may change without prior notice. Once a deposit or full payment is received, your booking price is locked in and guaranteed.

Holiday Supplement:
A 25% surcharge applies to all Nile Cruises and tour packages booked during Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays due to peak demand.
To ensure a smooth booking process with Daily Pyramids Tours, our payment terms vary depending on the service type:
- Day Tours & Excursions: Full payment (100%) is required at booking to confirm your reservation.
- Multi-Day Tour Packages & Nile Cruises: A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking (50% for bookings including airfare). The deposit must be received within 7 days of booking, with the balance settled on arrival in Egypt.
- Christmas, New Year & Easter Bookings: Due to high seasonal demand, a 50% deposit is needed to confirm reservations during these periods.
After payment, you will receive written confirmation, a tailored itinerary, and travel documents via email. Receipts for all payments will be provided.
We understand plans can change. Cancellations must be sent to us in writing. Our cancellation terms are:
- 61 days or more before arrival: 15% cancellation fee
- 60 to 30 days before arrival: 25% cancellation fee
- 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- 14 to 7 days before arrival: 75% cancellation fee
- 7 to 1 days before arrival, or no-show: 100% cancellation fee
Domestic flights carry separate cancellation fees set by the airline. Refunds, where due, are issued to your original payment method only.
At Daily Pyramids Tours, we welcome families and offer the following children’s pricing:
- Under 2 years: Free of charge
- Under 6 years: 25% of the tour cost
- Under 12 years: 50% of the tour cost
- 12 years and above: Full adult price
Discounts apply only when children share accommodation with two full-paying adults. Note that certain Nile Cruises and luxury hotels may have different policies or restrictions for young children, which will be detailed in your itinerary if relevant.
Some special experiences are optional and not included in standard packages. You may book these in advance or arrange on-site (subject to availability). Examples include:
- Entry inside the Great Pyramid of Khufu and other tombs
- Sound & Light Shows at Giza Pyramids, Karnak, or Philae Temples
- Hot air balloon rides over Luxor at sunrise
- Camel rides or horse-drawn carriage tours in historic districts
- Private photo sessions at iconic landmarks
Optional tours are payable in USD or local currency (EGP). We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons.
While our packages are comprehensive, travelers should budget for:
- Personal purchases (souvenirs, snacks, etc.)
- Beverages during meals unless specified
- Hotel extras (minibar, room service, laundry, etc.)
- Egypt entry visa fees (usually payable on arrival)
- SIM cards or internet access unless provided
- Gratuities and optional experiences
We advise carrying small amounts of local currency (EGP) for convenience, especially for tipping and shopping at local markets.
Tipping (“baksheesh”) is a customary way to show appreciation for good service in Egypt. Though not mandatory, it is widely appreciated:
- Tour guide: $15–$20 per day per group
- Driver: $5–$10 per day per group
- Nile Cruise crew: $5–$10 per person per night (shared among staff)
- Hotel staff (porters, housekeeping): Small tips of $1–$2
Tipping is generally not included in your package price. We recommend carrying small USD or EGP bills for tipping convenience.
